Hello, and welcome to the official blog of Chiranjiv Devgun, president of The WeLink Group and WeLink Academy!
For those of you who don’t know me yet, my name is Chiranjiv (CJ) Devgun. As the president of The WeLink Group, I specialize in helping organizations turnaround their troubled technology programs using agile and user centric product design principles.
Over the last 30 years, I have held a number of senior executive roles for a wide range of organizations from public to some of the largest professional services firms. .
I also work with students interested in entering the Project Management and delivery field and teach them how to have rewarding careers in this most exciting industry. I don’t just lecture, either…I make learning interesting by using a lot of real-life examples and showing students how to apply the skills they’re learning on the job. I believe fundamentally in steering students versus just teaching them.
I’ve learned a lot over the years…and I have a lot of information that I believe is both valuable and very helpful. And I’ve created this blog to help you learn some of the skills and strategies I’ve gleaned on the job—and in the classroom.
I’m eager to share my insights and observations with you to help you on your own exciting journey!
This blog will feature inside information, best practices, tips and tricks…all to help you discover more about how to optimize your business and harness your skills to achieve all of your goals.
I hope you enjoy my blog posts, and learn a lot from them. And since I’m always learning, too, please leave comments for me—let me know what you think, what topics you’re interested in and how I can make this blog better and better.
And remember—The WeLink Group has extensive experience in helping organizations establish and develop strong business requirements as well as in the project selection process.

After I originally commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the same comment. Is there a way you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!
