Who is CJ and his philosophy?
I believe that for one to gain mastery in their craft, they must have a narrow, but deep area of expertise. For the last 30 years, I have been delivering solutions to business challenges using a wide spectrum of information technology platforms. And my exclusive focus over the past two decades has been in the senior leadership role responsible for delivering these mega (multi million) Programs and Projects, transforming how they operate (Digital Transformation).
During this time, I have acquired very deep knowledge of what is required to step a company out of a troubled project or technology so instead of potentially visible and embarrassing failure, there is a significantly transformative change implemented to move a company toward innovative or sustainable business models, product offerings or market sectors.
I take pride in gaining the trust of my clients and leadership team. I achieve this by being transparent and sharing my candid opinions supported by data. I try to view the challenges from my client’s position, providing them not only options but recommendations.
I use a 360-degree approach that takes all aspects of the issue into account and then matches them to what is expected, creating a gap filled by targeted solution sets for reaching desired goals.
I have successfully done this for extremely large projects with a lot on the line if not successful and, as a result, I am in demand by ‘those in the know’ because I am recognized as an influential and required resource to achieve or maintain reliability and competitiveness while reinvigorating or reshaping a workforce and customer base that is extremely loyal and satisfied.
